Yesterday I raised a complaint with my bank over a direct debit cancellation that went quite wrong.

I called them up and said "this is the final payment, I need to cancel the direct debit for future payments". Unfortunately it was cancelled there and then and the payment that appeared to have cleared was clawed back.

So I call @ UKTesco customer service, I'm apologised to and told they will contact the store. I'm then told to call back tomorrow to check the transaction.

I'm writing to you again over further delayed services which have caused more levels of inconvenience than needed. This is not to negate the fact the evening Pewsey to Westbury service is constantly late from anywhere between 5 to 15 minutes on a daily basis.
